As our client we want you happy and satisfied with your newly purchased products. We will work with you to best of our ability to return or refund your money for any product you are not 100% satisfied with, within 30 days of purchase. Of course, it helps to have a product returned that is able to be salvaged. If you receive a product that you are not satisfied with, we respectfully ask that you help us help you by letting us know as soon as possible. Please do not use the product if it is not exactly what you were hoping for.
There are certain situations only partial refunds are granted.
~ Items with obvious signs of use.
~ Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Once your return is received, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item and we will proceed with the return. We will also notify you the status of your refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he / she will find out about your return.
Our products lead times vary depending on demand when your order is placed. We try to get every order made and shipped ASAP. We will advise you of your order status, and we ship using the following carriers: USPS, FedEx, UPS . To return your product, you should mail your product to: 17 Wallens Hill Rd., Winchester, CT 06098. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
What do we do with your information?

All of our collars and leashes are made out of leather, and one of the main reasons for that is because leather is very strong, and is a great medium for making durable products. Because leather is also skin it can be sensitive to certain stressors. It should be expected that your collar may stretch around certain stressed areas. If the leather splits or breaks, or if any crystals, metal decor or name plates break or come off, we will fix the collar or replace it for free.
We will repair defects in materials or craftsmanship only. Normal wear and tear or damage caused by your dog is not considered defects in materials, or craftsmanship.
Examples of normal wear and tear are:
- Scratches, scuffs, and dents.
- Excessive water damage, and chewed collars/leashes. Our products are not meant to be submerged in water. It is also a good idea to take the collar off your dog before bathing.
